I put new tires on 1500 km's ago, I balanced the front wheel on the bike, no head shake. The dealer did the rear tire.

K60 scout on the front and Mitas E07 in the back, so far I'm really pleased with the combo.

The fuel gauge issue sucks, were you running super gas exclusively?

I would contact KTM as this is a known issue.

Nice, I like the design of the Mitas and K60: making a note to try those next...
I went with Shinko Big-Blocks 804/805 combo. So far, not as happy as I was with the TKC80's, and they are wearing fast.
I'll mess around with my front tire tonight, while on the bike, as my stand won't be delivered till next week, and I'd like to ride this weekend before the rain hits.

I run super all of the time, but I don't always run NON Ethanol as it's not always available. I run it in the small carb'd dirt bikes but I go through to much fuel in the 1090 to make it to those stations to fill up. The sticky float is a pretty easy fix actually, you don't even have to take off the tank.
I just hate messing with gas.

I followed someone this morning on the freeway riding a 690, they didn't look comfortable at all.
I sure have zero regrets about my bike.
