Hi all , newbie here from Belgium who lives in S France.
Got yesterday a second hand 1090 , while registering the bike I saw that on the papers it’s a 75 kw version.
Didn’t know that exists....
As an experienced rider I am disappointed, at the multi dealer where I bought it I saw it has only one previous owner.
I have no idea why he would have bought a 75kw version instead the 100kw.
Is there a way to get it to full ? Or a way to check he has done that to the bike ?
All tips welcome :)

Good news , traced the previous (1st owner).
In 2017 , bikes came in some countries in Europe on 70kw 95 hp. Cheaper to registrate.
After 1st service , the dealer put them on full power :)

Hi, I'm in the same situation as you, got my 1090 second hand with 2000 km on it last week, and only when I got the the papers I found out it was the L model with 70 Kw.
After talking to the dealer he assured me that he flashed the regular 1090 map on it with 90 Kw, have you checked that yours is full power? Have you tried to run it full speed? I haven't had the time to test it on the motorway, but on a straight stretch of road I got 210 on the speedo in 5th gear with the limiter flashing, so it looks promising.

Good to hear , had a ride in the Pyrenees a few weeks ago. Did a standstill test with a friend on a standard AT (95hp) , the Ktm was way quicker ;)
