Guys what aftermarket handguards have y'all found that fit the 1090? I ordered Cycra Ultra ProBend CRM Handguard, but the bend doesn't fit. I read online where someone made a custom spacer and it worked, but what are you guys having luck with? Barkbusters?

I made them work. But think the 1090 stock bars have too much bend for the brackets to mount up as designed. With a little elbow grease and some determination I modified with long mounting bolts and a spacer to free up some of the binding. Just don’t have much room at end of clutch lever.
The first picture I actually have the hand guard bar slightly above the clutch lever otherwise it would touch. Second pic shows spacer mod.

I am running the Acerbis X-Strong handguards. The hand guard bar has a big bend and clears both levers and reservoirs no problem.
I also bought a set of the Acerbis Multi-concept Touring plastics, which are about 1.75" higher for winter weather.

I installed the KTM guards. Fit like a glove. No advertising.
