Just got my 1090 Adventure (No "R")
I should never have taken that 1090 key for a test ride, I was sold immediately.
My old MT09 Tracer (FJ09) was no match and luckily I got a good price for it.
Some other bikes I had before are the Yamaha FJR1300 and a Triumph Tiger 800.
Always bikes with panniers for me, I'm the type of guy who always carries stuff around:smile2:

Welcome, I also get used to always ride with panniers, but this bike is so light and nimble that I try to ride without any panniers, just a big topcase, a trekker Givi 52 l, and a Givi tanlock, not easy to find a tank bag which can fit, as the tank cap is very close to the handlebar, finally a Givi tank lock SLT15 603 is fine, I can turn completely the handlebar and clip on the bag, the bottom follow the rear tank, hope you’ll enjoy this bike as much as I do.

Panniers are just so handy and Ia actually prefer them to a topcase, sometimes they act as bike protection if you ever lay the bike down on its side.

What part of the Netherlands are you from? I know that you guys have a huge amount of bicycles, but never heard a thing about bikes. Do you have a lot of them too?
