I would like input on the 2 tyres mentioned above
I am not worried about tyre wear as I know if you go for extended life (less wear) you get a harder compound if you are want traction and stopping power you need softer compounds that result in morewear and shorter tyre life
There will always be a trade off I prefer the traction
My question is your opinion on which of the above tyres is better for traction?

From what I have been able to find out about the two tires through various reviews the TKC-80 is better all around tire apart from wear.

I'm due for a new rear tire and I'm torn between the TKC-80 and the Heidenau K60 Scout but I'll probably just get another TKC-80

I'll be due for another one soon too. I'm sure I'll go with another TKC80, they just do everything so well (except last) that I'm not sure I'd be happy with anything else.

Have you considered the MOTOZ Tractionator Adventure? I had one and put 3500 hard miles on it, 75 mph highway to Nevada from Seattle, the entire Idaho BDR and then 75 mph highway back to Seattle.

After the trip the tire had more tread left on it than a brand new TKC80. The rubber compound is pretty soft too. The reason for the high mileage is the tire comes with almost twice the knobbie depth as other tires.

I was really impressed with the tire's performance on pavement and dirt. I think I could get 7,000 out of the tires.
