have ktm 1090 with less thank 1000 miles and lost the rear brakes on steep down hill , once they cooled down went to normal , this happened as well to anotther freind ,

does somebody know if there is a recall or what is the problem

Try a flush and refill with 5.1 fluid.

Same thing happened to me on a long descent. Dealer suggested Motul RBF600 DOT 4 racing brake fluid. He said it withstands heat better than the original fluid that was in there. I replaced the front and rear brake fluid. Have not had a problem yet, but I have not been in the exact same situation yet either. So far so good.
