Hi thanks for letting me in!!!
I’ve just bought a 2018 1090r of which is little bit too tall for me!!😬29” inside leg.
Anyway I’ve Machined a lowering cup/spacer for the rear shock which has allowed the bike sit 45mm lower and pulled the Stantions through the yolks 30mm. I haven’t taken it off road as I’m still running it in.
Bikes ok to ride on the road but could do with having it even lower for off road.
I could do with a set of wheels from a 1090.
I know they are cast but the off-roading side would be mainly gravel tracks and they would suit me fine.Does anyone in the uk have any forsale maybe😬😬😊I live in the uk west mids
