Wanted to say hello and thanks for keeping up a great forum.
I’ve had my 1090 for a month or so and have been dealing with snow and ice since then. Other bikes include KLR, 07 Duc Monster, 1975 Honda TL175.

Thanks! Yes, heated grips were installed before I picked it up. The first time I rode to work I had Ice Warnings flashing at me on the road I live on, lol!!
I also have a BDCW throttle lock (not installed) and kickstand foot. Cyclops led headlight (not installed) and trying to figure out which skid to go with.

Welcome good start on the mods, I think I’m going with the black dog cycle works skid plate, pricey but I really like that it doesn’t mount to the case. Seems like a great family owned company too.

Welcome to the forum dude, congrats on the 1090! Glad to see that you're already getting into mods and interested to see how things look after you get them all installed. Are you changing the headlight because of visibility or you just wanted a different look?

Changing the light for visibility, I live with n the country and would love the extra candle power without bolting on aux lights.
