Seem we did a similar move. I move my bark buster guards from my KRL and had trouble getting them installed on the throttle side as the brack bolting to the bar was touching my front brake line bolt. I managed but I wonder if I should change out. Do you have the same issue, as I see your guard is pointed move downward.

With only 4500 miles on it it's like new. Had two rides on it offroad and this thing is a beast!! Granted I've been on a dr650 for the past 5 years lol.
