Noise from chain

Hello, I noticed that there is excessive noise from the chain, not only in low RPM. Any advise? Thanks!

Hi Eran,

I have noticed that when the chain becomes dirty it tends to make noise. I would suggest a good cleaning and lube. If the noise is still there afterwards, then verify the chain tension and adjust if necessary.

I heard squicking noises from my chain a couple of weeks ago. Turns out it needed a good clean and some lube. What i hear now is chain slap, but when i check it according to the user manuel, its in specs. I found strange that it slaps so much.

Try cleaning it again and use 90w gear oil to lube the chain. Those expensive chain lubes are a waste of money, the lube is just to prevent corrosion since the chain is o ring sealed.
