Tubeless Wheels/Tires

So, is this for real? Any feedback? How is it working for you guys.

Do you run with a tube still? Especially if you air down for offroad riding.

I have not purchased the bike yet but this is a huge deal for me. I rather not pull a wheel if touring on my bike.

I have bought the KTm because The African twin did not have tubeless tires.
Questions on tubliss

What happens when you get a puncture? Do you use Slime or similar? I run the Tubliss system with Slime on my 690 Enduro R and was considering the same for my 1090 when I get it. Thoughts?

In a tubeless tire, the tire and the rim of the wheel form an airtight seal, with the valve being directly mounted on the rim. If a tubeless tire gets a small puncture, air escapes only through the hole, leading to a gentle deflation.
Yes obviously I understand that, but if the tire goes flat most likely it will come off the rim. Them what do you do? With the Tubliss system and slime you just keep going.
I found out the hard way, causal Sunday ride 70km of black top and 20km into a rocky dirt road. Leaned into a small left handed and ended up with a 2cm slice in my side wall😔. No way to repair and pump up. Next day ultra h/d in both and carry a standard 21 spare tube.
I carry spare front rear tubes. Especially if you bend a rim. Pump . CO2. Plug kit pull through for small holes. Push through to hurry get me into a better spot to fix. Tublis rims are great.
I run 29 to 30 psi .on off road.
I believe they don't do the Tubliss system for rims as wide as the 1090 Rs rear wheel, they certainly didn't when I looked into for my 990 (same width rear tyre)
