Cast alloys are generally okay but that's dependent on where you like to ride most of the time. Spoked wheels are better if you do a lot of uneven dirt riding with plenty of bumps and small hills.

Definitely, the spoke wheels act as the shock absorber after the tire takes the initial impact. Whereas the alloy wheels come in to play as much lighter for fuel efficiency and racing purposes as well.

I'm more into the whole race look even though for a while I will be riding on the street. Black alloys are the way to go for me. Or even black with a line of orange just to keep the KTM flow going and not take away from it entirely.

I definitely prefer the alloys myself over spoke. But I do like the idea of black with the stripe to keep it looking close to home. But I may just go with a completely different color scheme.

I'd rather the spoke to be honest. With the abuse I'd be throwing at it, I'll appreciate the extra shock absorption. That and I feel it completes the look.

Well that's about it. Comes down to who will be doing what with it. BUT will the different wheels really justify you from picking between the regular adventure and the R ?
